Wild about Spices dinner packs and spice mixes are made with love and care in the beautiful Mowbray Valley just outside Port Douglas. They’re sold at Mossman Market every Saturday morning, and Port Douglas  Market every Sunday morning, and online. At present, this webpage is to help you choose products. To pay for these products you need to contact us with your list and we will send you an invoice which you can pay by direct bank transfer or Paypal.

 

Sally and Rob dreamed up this business in 2014 as they have travelled widely and love to cook and entertain. They have also run self-catering holiday apartments, been caravanning, and sailed the coast of Queensland for a few years. They always like to eat interesting meals, but found that some spices and spice mixes were hard to get on their travels.  Therefore, they’ve sourced A grade spices, and adapted  favourite  recipes so that you can have a dinner pack for delicious, authentic, exotic meals with all the spices and mixes you need in one package, with the shopping list and recipe.  Also unusual and hard to get spice mixes, as well as the old favourites.

 

 Customers find the dinner packs not only useful when they are away from home, but also when visitors arrive, or they want to have family and friends around for dinner, but don’t have the time to cook from scratch.

 

Sally finds and trials the recipes, does the ordering of the spices online, and roasts, grinds and blends the spice mixes, while Rob does does the costing  and the packaging .
