This is an delicate, aromatic, citrus mixture with dried lemon aspen fruit with some lemon myrtle.  A vegetarian chicken flavoured base is used for this rub, but please note that it is fully vegetarian and is MSG and gluten free. Try this seasoning on chicken, pork or even red meats either as a finishing touch, a dry marinade, added to meat stock, demi, mornay or as a topping for vegetables. Another use is on potato chips or popcorn. It can be added to breads and batters too.
