This is truly the taste of the tropics, with toasted coconut and a hit of home grown chilli. Added to this are crunchy almonds, roasted sesame seeds, coriander and cumin, and a pinch of salt. Delicious over poached eggs, on oven baked fish, and Asian salad, or just with crusty bread and some good olive oil.
