This North African dish includes many spices, renown for their healthy and healing properties, such as turmeric, ginger, garlic and cinnamon. This dinner pack also contains the spice mix ‘Ras el Hanout’ (which contains 13 different spices). Moroccan dishes usually contain fruit and nuts too, such as dates, figs, apricots, prunes, and almonds.
This exotic one pot meal is the perfect mixture of sweet and spicy. Serve with herby tabbouleh or couscous for a filling family meal. Traditionally mint tea accompanies the meal. Like curries, its even better on the second day.
